Craig Felner is a Senior Vice President with Lincoln Policy Group (LPG) and has over 25 years of experience working in Washington, D.C. At LPG since 2017, Craig utilizes his experiences as a former White House official, Senate policy advisor, and government affairs executive to provide strategic advice and advocacy services for LPG clients before Congress, the White House, and Federal Agencies to further clients’ goals. Prior to joining LPG, Craig was VP of Government Affairs for Valero Energy, running all federal government affairs activities. Before Valero, Craig worked in the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs for President George W. Bush, serving as the liaison between President Bush and his Cabinet members at DOE, EPA, Interior and USDA. Before serving in the White House, Craig spent six years with former Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) advising her on issues related to energy, natural resources, taxes, and the environment.
