Jayne has spent years managing complicated logistics and policy issues for prominent companies and organizations. Prior to starting JLV Consulting, Jayne worked for one of the largest power companies, Dominion Energy. Prior to that, Jayne was a member of the Vectre Corporation, a state government relations firm based in Richmond, Virginia. She has worked with The National Governors Association, The National Conference of State Legislatures, The US Conference of Mayors and The National League of Cities. In addition, Jayne worked for two members of The House of Representatives.
