Jody Hoffman is a Senior Partner with Republic Consulting, LLC, where she combines her over 20 years of in-depth knowledge in healthcare financing, healthcare delivery systems, and health data and privacy standards with knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes to provide clients sophisticated strategies in the healthcare sector. Jody works extensively on all aspects of health, including telehealth, reimbursement and coverage policy, health data privacy, and interoperability rules. The focus of Jody’s work is to look after client’s current and future business lines responsible for growth and innovation within the health care legislative and regulatory frameworks. Prior to Republic Consulting, Jody worked over 20 years with the government affairs firm Wexler | Walker, served on the Clinton/Gore campaign’s Health Care Advisory Group, and served as a health policy advisor for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). A study Jody participated in on the impact of the Medicare hospital prospective payment system (PPS) on home health and nursing home utilization, indigent care, and long-term care was published in several texts and periodicals.
