Marisa Crawford is the Founder of MJC Consulting, a full-service consulting and government relations firm that helps clients navigate the executive and legislative branches of government across the United States. Marisa earlier served seven years working in the South Carolina Governor’s Office where she held titles such as Director of Cabinet Affairs, Legislative Director, and then in 2010 and 2014 as the Finance Director for Nikki Haley’s campaigns for Governor. While serving in the SC Governor’s office, Marisa was the primary liaison to the Republican Governors Association (RGA), where she developed relationships with Republican Governors and State Houses across the United States. Marisa has also served as Executive Director for five South Carolina Inaugural Committees, for which she led all planning and fundraising efforts. Marisa began her career as a political fundraiser working for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), Senator Bill Frist (TN), Governor George Voinovich (OH), Governor David Beasley (SC), and Senator Phil Gramm (TX). In addition to her work at MJC Consulting, Marisa currently serves as the chief fundraising adviser to South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster and Lt. Governor Pamela Evette for their 2022 re-election effort.
