Beginning his political career in 1978, Richard Kessler has accumulated thirty-five years of government relations and political experience, and has a deep understanding of healthcare policy, foreign and federal tax legislation, international trade, and the NGO community. In his former role as founding President of Kessler & Associates, Mr. Kessler was the Managing Director of one of Washington’s premier boutique lobbying shops. Mr. Kessler worked earlier in his career for Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, where he opened global markets and designed brand awareness campaigns. In the early 1980s, Mr. Kessler founded the Transatlantic Conference, utilizing a bipartisan and bicameral integration of political and business leaders. This global forum is still considered one of the premier international conferences with its priority of engagement and substance over showmanship. Mr. Kessler founded Hamilton Advisors Inc. in 2008 where he currently serves as President and CEO.
