Congressman Bob Walker is a political leader and an insightful policy advocate. Legislatively he wrote law that created commercial space policy and hydrogen energy policy. Along with Newt Gingrich, he helped design and lead the Republican Revolution of 1994. He served in Congress as Chief Deputy Republican Whip, Chairman of the GOP House Leadership, Chairman of the House Science Committee and Speaker Pro Tempore. He served several Presidents, most recently as a Senior Space Advisor to President Trump’s 2016 campaign. President Bush appointed him to the chairmanship of the Commission on the Future of the United States Aerospace Industry in 2002. During the Bush and Obama Administrations, he served as the Chairman of the DOE’s Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee and now serves as a trusted advisor to the National Space Council, the DOC, the DOE, NASA, the White House and the Air Force on space policies.
